Online Registration via Sportability
- Minimum age for players is 5 as of 12/5/09 (i.e. born on or before 12/5/04).
- Click on the appropriate link below to register. Note that if you wish to play up, you must first register for your own age group and indicate on the registration form that you wish to play up.
- Download a blank 1601 form if you need one. Once you register, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the preprinted form attached, but you can also fill out a blank one if the pre-printed one gets lost.
- Download the coach's agreement and fill it out if you are a coach.
