2011 Fall Registration

Online Registration via Sportability

For Players

Regular registration for fall season begins on-line on May 1 through June 30, 2011, on a first come, first served basis. Fee is $65 for U6 and U7, $75 for U8, and $155 for U10 and above. Please check back on our website for date and time of on-site registration in June. We will begin to form teams in early June.

Beginning on July 1, there will be a late fee of $25 added. If you register late, there is NO guarantee that your child will be placed on a team. During late registration, we will only try to fill teams that are not full, we will not try to form new teams with late players.

Please make sure you mail to us all the documents required, to ensure that your child is ready for practice in around mid-August.

  1. For U6 to U8 players, we need a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport, if you are new to the club.

  2. For U10 to U19 players, in addition to birth certificate/passport, we also need:

    • a signed copy of the medical release form (Form 1601, which should be e-mailed to you upon your registration confirmation), and
    • a face picture of your child (size 1 inch x 1 inch). Picture can be color or black and white, but with NO DARK GLASSES and NO HATS. The medical release form and picture need to be sent in every year, even if you are a returning player.

Games may begin the last weekend of August, or first weekend of September, and will run for 10 weeks. Uniforms are sold at The Soccer Post, near Trader Joe's. For any other question regarding sign-up, please contact the Registrar at: registrar@alamedasoccer.org

Please use the link above to register. There is a button for "Register a Coach." Once you register, you need to mail us the following forms before we can set up your team:

  1. Signed Team Official Registration Form (form 1628, will be e-mailed to you upon registration confirmation)
  2. Signed JLYSSL Coach's Agreement
  3. Signed JLYSSL Zero Policy Tolerance (you can find these 2 forms on our website under Information for Coaches)
  4. A face picture (size 1 inch x 1 inch) with no dark glasses and no hats) unless you have already uploaded the photo online.
