Summary of Actions Approved by 2010 ASC Board

Jack London Supports each Club's right to choose playing the leagues and flights for its teams", Approved by JL BOD
All new ASC U10 competitive teams will play within the Norcal Premier Soccer League beginning fall 2011, contingent on ASC being accepted into Norcal league by February 1, 2011.
Select tryouts to be moved forward into February.
U8, U10, U12 and U14 Rec. Jamboree/All Star Game after end of season Jack London tournament

Request that Jack London rebate funds back to clubs in excess of $100K

Form Committee to work with Sports Coalition on ownership interest of Turf field for ASC.
Send Message from Board of Director to all members outlining 2010 Actions and Activities.
Provide ASC logo sweat shirts and ASC equipment bags to coaches at annual coaches meeting.

Establish committee of Executive Board, Fields Coordinator and City Representative to
set plan of action to address Proposal by Bay Oaks to take over Atlantic Fields 1&2.

Approved and Accepted by US Club Soccer for Affiliation.
Approved and Accepted by Norcal (through Montclair Soccer) to play in Competitive League.
Call of Special Board Meeting to discuss Proposal by Bay Oaks to take over Atlantic Field.
President to send letter to Interim City Manager request information on Proposal by BO.

Form and identify an Affiliation Committee to research and evaluate club affiliation for 2011
season and present to board by October meeting.
Identify Sweatshirts with ASC Logo as the 2010 sponsorship item for club.
Cancel Grey Ghost Tourney due to insufficient time for planning.

ASC to vote at Jack London meeting to allow each individual club to participate in competitive leagues of their choice.
Sponsor Grey Ghost Tourney on October 30th.
Jack London representative to show $22 per ASC Player benefits shortfall to JL board, explain
inequities and request that revenues to neutral for ASC and all clubs.

Allow all Select teams to purchase Addias Tiera uniforms.
ASC to pay Jack London imposed Referee fees after all other clubs pay fees.

Field Stewards have keys and diescretionay access to pre-determined fields for practice.

Approval from Jack London to move U11 Select team to NorCal League.
Allow Age Group Coordinators to email coaches for the return of equipment at season end.
Provide Jack London Representative authority to not support financial programs for Bay Oaks.
