My coaching philosophy is to create a team of leaders and confident individuals who are able to make quick and calculated decisions in the game of soccer. I challenge players to develop a strong work ethic, combined with a progressive possession-based style of play and a desire to leave the field better than when they step onto it. I hope to spark a passion for the sport, all while inspiring valuable life lessons that extend beyond the field.

Soccer is a sport that involves quick decision making and repetition of skills to develop and improve both technique and tactical game play. Each age has their own development. I try to push them according to their age. Encouraging players to take less touches on the ball and quick decision, when attacking or defending. I believe when you have your focus on the work, the result on the field will come. As a woman I want to be role model to the female players from Alameda soccer club on and off the field, as a player and a person, giving them strength and courage.

My coaching philosophy is to have an involved process of direction through instructions, training and evaluation. I focus my teams on dominating the four moments of the game, and to create a progressive possession style of play. Individually, I want players to express their talents on the field by making good decisions, whilst creating better people. I focus on being a good role model and a leader in everything I do, so players can adopt these traits to better themselves on and off the field.
